Project | 01
Lancaster MSc Value Challenge: Macrami
| 2020.02 – 03
| Product Designer

Our team brainstormed a Macrame business, Macrami, that sold handmade textile products. We got £20 as an initial fund and earned £170 within 10 weeks. At the end of term, the net profit was given to the charity. I was a product designer in the team and was in charge of developing new products and teaching other teammates to make products. The PowerPoint attached includes our catalogue of products, the cash flow sheet, and final presentation.

Project | 02
Food Contact
| 2019.11 – 2020.01
| Service Designer & Financial

Our team developed a platform that can connect with food lookers and cookers in the university. Based on Business Model Canvas, the business plan was written as final report. We did the market research including interviews and collection of secondary data, analyzed the internal and external environments, built prototypes, and calculated financial projections. The PowerPoint is for the final presentation.

Project | 03
Design Thinking Program: Lancaster Oasis
| 2019.11

Our team had applied the concept of design thinking to develop a service for international residents in Lancaster City. We observed and interviewed them and utilized the tools such as persona and user journey. Finally, we built a prototype of child care venue which would improve the lives of international mothers locally. The PowerPoint presents the photos we took during the design thinking journey, and shows the brief presentation based on Business Model Canvas.

Project | 04
Startup Container Program: Ocean King
| 2016.03 – 07
| Representative & Product Designer

My partner and I joined 3rd NSYSU startup container program and got NT 10,000 as subsidy. We built the business plan that sold multiple, interactive marine educational courses for Taiwanese children. Within 5 months, we designed 2 courses and gave the lectures 12 times. The PowerPoint is the slides that we presented during team selection.
